We at EthnicKhazana.com strive to achieve Customer Delight and go that extra mile in order to attain the same. We have an easy returns policy in place to help you shop with peace of mind.
What type/condition of Items are returnable?
If you have received a product/order which only in case:
1. Is of Wrong Size/Color/Quantity
[Ex: If you selected S and M was delivered]
2. Is Incomplete
3. Contains a Manufacturing Defect or is damaged
You should bring the same to our notice within 48 hours of you receiving the order by writing to us on whatsapp or [email protected] with an attached image of the received product highlighting your concern.
We shall reply with any further instructions/action to be taken on your return request from your side and return shipping details if at all the product is to be returned.
We must receive the product within 3 days of our approval sent out to you.
We shall replace the defective/damaged product with a brand new one which is free of quality issues or ship the necessary items in case of incomplete orders.
In case, we are unable to do so, we shall provide you with two options to choose from:
1) Exchange your product ordered with any other product of your choice
2) Refund as store credit which can be utilized towards your future purchases at Ethnic Khazana
Should you choose to opt for Refund as store credit, we shall credit 10% of your product/order amount as bonus credit, as a token of appreciation for providing us an opportunity to serve you better in the future.
Size Exchange: In addition to our standard returns policy, we offer a size exchange option to help you shop with peace of mind in case the selected size is delivered but the customer would still like to replace it. The service is currently available in UAE and will be gradually expanded to other countries.
The exchange/replacement fee is 20 AED – it includes reverse pickup and re-shipment of new size.
At present we are not able to offer Free Returns/Exchanges for scenarios like:
– Item no longer needed
– Changed my mind
– The correct (selected) color/size is delivered but has minor color/size variation i.e. the customer expected it to be little darker or little more fit.
[Ex: if Blue/M is selected and the same product option is delivered]
Such requests are subjective and with an international shipping process, Free Exchanges for each request would mean setting higher prices – even for customers who have selected and received the right size.
What type/condition of Items are non-returnable?
We will be unable to accept returns if the product is:
1) Used, worn, washed, altered or tampered.
2) Without any of the original packaging, tags and accessories. This includes but not limited to manufacturer’s box/container, documentation manual, warranty card and certificate of authenticity as may be shipped with to you.
3) Exhibiting physical damage to the product itself or any of its packaging/accessories.
Multi-Item Packs and Sets
Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack may not be returned individually.
We will be unable to accept returns due to size issues for products that are Semi-Stitched/One Size/Standard Size/Free Size. Additionally, Salwar Suits made-to-size (stitched) as per selection will not be eligible for returns.
How will I be refunded for the return?
If you have chosen Refund as store credit, an equivalent amount plus a bonus credit of 10%, i.e 110% of your product/order amount will be reflected in your EthnicKhazana.com account
If you have chosen Exchange, the entire amount paid will be credited and deducted against the price of the the new item(s).
How long will the entire process take?
After we have received the product from you, we shall inspect the same for eligibility of its return. Once we are confident that the product is returnable, we shall inform you of the same via an approval email/message. You must reply to the email with your preferred choice.
If you choose refund as store credit, the same shall be reflected in your EthnicKhazana.com account within 48 hours.
If you choose exchange, the new item will be delivered within the standard order delivery timeline and the old item will be picked up at the time of delivery of the new.
What if a product if found ineligible for return?
In the case of our inspection resulting in a product being found not eligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.
Are there any deductions/penalties for returning a product?
There are no fees, deductions or penalties. However, please note at present reverse pickup facility is not available. Hence, you are expected to courier the return item to us.
Can I cancel an order I have placed?
If within 24 hours of placing your order you have changed your mind, and the order has not been processed, we will be able to cancel your order. We are unable to cancel confirmed orders which have been processed.
*Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by EthnicKhazana.com team.
*Damages due to neglect, improper usage/handling or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
*Some special rules for products on promotions/deals/sale may override this Returns Policy.
*Ethnic Khazana reserves the right to accept or decline any arbitrary or subjective requests not covered specifically by this policy.
